Rowley White RV

My wife and I had a great experience with Roy (the best sales person ever) at Rowley White Phoenix location. He listened to us and found out our needs then we designed a camper that would work for our family. Roy walked us through the whole process with ease. When it arrived Roy, Peter and Taylor met with us, did a detailed walk through and went over the loan. This was the easiest purchase. We have owned many campers in our life time but this Genesis is amazing. Built solid, lots of storage and with a high standard of quality. The team at Rowley White were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You won’t regret it !

If you'd asked me six months ago I would have nothing kind to say. We lived in Flagstaff and honestly didn't get the attention we deserved after spending the kind of money we did. However recently I reached out to the Mesa location, where we purchased our Genesis, and Kenny has gone above and beyond. We have been trying to get something fixed since the day we bought it, apparently it matters who you talk to. After a few text messages Kenny has us scheduled to get our issue resolved. He has also schedule us to get our trailer taken to Bob Moses for it's annual inspection appointment. My wife and I could not be more thrilled with this level of service. I'm sure there are some details we are unaware of that made it to where we didn't get this type of service in Flagstaff. I can only hope they get that taken care of, but for now are thankful. We will ALWAYS use RW in Mesa. We bought the trailer there and that whole experience was amazing, and now our service needs are being met too. Thank you RW!

I can’t say enough about Rowley White Mesa! I’ve purchased two trailers from them our most recent was an experience on pick up day due to rain but it was still amazing! All of the staff is amazing! Robbie helped us with this purchase but our first purchase was with Brian! We had gone in multiple times and looked and was never pressured to buy anything. The guys go out of their way to find you the best trailer for your price range. We can’t thank them enough for always helping us with questions or problems. When you go to Rowley the staff makes you feel like you have known them for years. You don’t get that many places, most people just want you to buy something.

Rowley White is the only place to buy and get service in my book. Mike in sales made my special order Attitude purchase go seamlessly. We ordered the trailer, discussed a price and a few moths later I picked it up and everything went as discussed, no surprises, great interest rate and quick transaction. Scheduled my first service with Robbie after a few items came up in the walkthrough and had it resolved before the manufacturer responded to the warranty issues. Rowley White did not blame the manufacturer for the issues, they just got it fixed and made a very happy customer.

Jared made my 1st toy hauler shopping experience such a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I called in asking if they had anything 1/2 ton towable. Jared sent me links of a list he had in stock. Picked the one I liked, let him know I would pick up in two weeks. Two weeks later I showed up, workers loaded up while I signed paperwork and I was on my way.

We are on our second purchase from Rowley White RV and we can't say enough good things about these guys! We purchased our first ever travel trailer with them back in 2019 and then our toy hauler last October! Both times we had great experiences buying. We had Brian help us the first time he was great, super nice and wasn't pushy at all. He literally was so helpful even after we left the lot, he answered all questions we had even a year later. Before we made our second purchase we came in just to browse to get an idea of what we wanted for a toy hauler. We had Clay help us out. He was awesome also, we spent a good amount of time looking during the heat. He was so patient, gave us a ton of good options & never once pushed us to buy. It was miserable out and he made sure we had plenty of water and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. When we came back a few months later we actually ended up purchasing a Genesis toy hauler through Robbie! We had another great buying experience with him as well. If anyone knows the in and outs of trailers it is him. Robbie goes above and beyond finding you the perfect trailer. We had a battery issue with a toy hauler during one of our trips, we called him and he basically knew the problem just over the phone. We brought it in and it was taken care of very quickly and he fixed a couple minor things that he found as well without us even having to ask. If you want a great buying experience I highly recommend these guys. Every time we come in they treat you like a friend, not just a customer. I recommend them to all our friends and family.
